Room-decoration trade with :iconroxxi:~ She wanted something involving horses and the colors blue, green, pink, and purple.

OH MY GOSH I'm so proud of this.You have no idea. Adfjkkjgfhkjf. Totally worth spending a good part of the last two days on.

HORSES! I drew horses! I used references for the big one in the front and the baby, but the splotchy one I drew completely freehand. Omigosh.

I love watercolor pencils so much. And sunsets. <3

DO WANT. *hops on the paint* Away! Into the GORGEOUS sunset! The foal is completely adorable ;_; And their eyes are so pretty. Oh gosh I love this so much! Amazing job Diane! Can't wait can't wait. Now I HAVE to paint my room one of the colors in the sunset, or green.

(Bytheway-- I have the lineart done for yours, so I should be able to get it colored within a day or two probably! 8D)

I had SO much fun with this~ the foal was my favorite to draw. <3 and and the sunset and the shading were SO much fun omigosh. Watercolor pencils are one of my favorite things ever. And this color scheme was just fantastic to work with. And I DREW HORSES.

What's different between watercolor pencils and Prismacolor premier pencils? Are they Prismacolor as well?

The watercolor pencils I use are Prismacolors, but there are other brands of watercolor pencils, too~

Basically, watercolor pencils are colored pencils that you color with, but then you take a paintbruch and brush water otehr the top and it wets it down and makes it look watercolory. 83 (Whereas regular colored pencils are kind of waxy and would just repel the water and your papoer would just get wet. x3)

Horses are haaaard! But I'm kind of getting the hang of them~
